Description:
As a leader in the quality assurance team at SignaCert, you'll work closely with our engineering team to ensure delivery of the highest quality products possible. Make no mistake, this will be demanding! And, if you're the right person, you're going to love it! Once you've ramped up you'll be expected to know our target customers, their use cases and exactly how they use our products. You'll contribute to the requirements gathering process and enforce quality processes for our entire product development lifecycle. You'll be expected to actively participate in customer calls, presentations and product demonstrations. Your responsibilities will include creating, executing, and maintaining test cases (both manual and automated), developing test plans, evaluating results, and driving timely resolution. You'll also work with our sales engineers and support personnel to diagnose and reproduce issues found in the field.
You must possess strong technical skills, excel at driving quality processes, take responsibility for your team deliverables and be capable of growing and leading a team. You must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience managing external and contracted resources is a plus. Problem solving and critical thinking skills are a must. The successful candidate will possess a good mix of technical and leadership skills.
