Wyatt Starnes Wyatt Starnes has spent more than 30 years in high technology, with eight different startups. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SignaCert, Inc., a software company focusing on integrity verification for commercial and government enterprises. In addition, he is the Cofounder of RAINS (Regional Alliances for Infrastructure and Network Security), a nonprofit public/private alliance formed to accelerate development, deployment and adoption of innovative technology for homeland security. Prior to SignaCert, he was the Founder, President and CEO of Tripwire, Inc, the world's leading provider of change auditing software. Starnes has also held executive and director positions for Infinite Pictures, Eclipse Technologies, Trisys, Megatest, Data General Corporation, Monolithic Memories and Maruman Integrated Circuits. Mr. Starnes is a member of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Visiting Committee on Advanced Technologies (VCAT) and a member of the Oregon Executive Council of the American Electronics Association (AeA). He also sits on the board of Comprehensive Intelligence Technology Training Corporation (CINTT) of Annapolis, Maryland and the Advisory Board of Applied Identity, San Francisco, California.
Amal Chaudhuri Amal Chaudhuri has a deep understanding of the intersection between technology, asset management, and finance on a global scale. Mr. Chaudhuri is the former CIO of Citigroup and Managing Director of Global Systems and Architecture at JP Morgan, has served as an advisor to SignaCert for the past year, and is widely regarded as a corporate IT visionary. While at Citigroup and JP Morgan, Mr. Chaudhuri was responsible for development and implementation of technology strategy, enterprise application development and infrastructure, and overseeing a large global organization. In addition to executive roles at Citigroup and JP Morgan, Mr. Chaudhuri was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust and a Division Manager at Teknekron Software Systems. Mr. Chaudhuri holds advisory and board roles with a number of startups and their associated venture capital firms. He graduated from Vassar College with a degree in biophysics and engineering. Paul Nadeau Paul Nadeau has over 25 years' experience and has held management positions in companies ranging in size from Fortune 50 to start-up. Nadeau has worked as a CFO-to-go for over seven years for various start-up companies, including Tripwire Security Systems, Inovise Medical, Step Technology, Infinite Pictures (aka iMove), Learning.com, and others. During this time, he has managed all aspects of a finance group. Nadeau has also worked for W.R. Grace, Computervision, and Sequent Computer Systems in planning, budgeting, and corporate finance positions. Mr. Nadeau has a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and was awarded an MBA degree from Babson College. He also has held adjunct faculty positions in graduate programs at Portland State University, and Marylhurst University. Randal Skipper Randal Skipper has been developing profitable businesses for over 20 years. An accomplished sales management executive, Mr. Skipper has overseen the creation and growth of both startups and billion dollar organizations. Prior to joining SignaCert, Mr. Skipper served as VP of Sales at Messagelabs, Inc., a leading managed service provider in email security. At Messagelabs, Mr. Skipper oversaw strategy and concept development for the Americas, and expanded the company to $100 million in revenue and over 4,000 customers. Before Messagelabs, Mr. Skipper was VP of Sales for Marimba Inc., a company he joined as a startup and grew to a successful IPO in five years. In addition, Mr. Skipper has been VP of Sales-US for Intelligent Interactions, a company acquired by 24 by 7, and has held various sales management positions for Oracle Corporation and Dataworks Corporation. Mr. Skipper attended Baltimore Maryland University on a full scholarship for lacrosse and received a BS Degree in Marketing. Frank Tycksen Frank Tycksen has more than 21 years of experience in software development and management. Mr. Tycksen was most recently at Intel Corporation where he was Research Engineering Manager in the Trusted Platforms Lab, which led Intel's research efforts in the areas of trust and security. Before joining Intel, Tycksen was CTO of Swan Island Networks and the Security Architect for the associated non-profit organization, RAINS. Prior to Swan Island, Mr. Tycksen founded and was CTO of Portland Software, which later merged and became Preview Systems. Mr. Tycksen was involved from its pre-financing stage to its emergence as a public corporation listed on the NASDAQ exchange. . Mr. Tycksen was also instrumental in the success of several other companies, such as Second Nature Software. And, before that, Mr. Tycksen was one of the creators of Central Point Software's PC Tools product line. Bill Bradley Mr. Bradley has nearly 20 years of experience building & leading worldclass marketing organizations. Mr. Bradley spent 14 years at Intel Corporation, where he was rated in the top 1% of performing managers. His most recent position was Global Director of Vertical Marketing. In this capacity, he championed innovative marketing approaches with leading companies in the Government, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy, and Financial Services Industries. At Intel, Mr. Bradley was also responsible for marketing of the Intel Inside Program, the largest co-op ingredient branding program in the world and Intel's largest marketing program. He established the first ever branding presence for Intel within the PC system start up, where the Intel brand still appears today. Before Intel Inside, Mr. Bradley held a variety of Senior Marketing Management positions including overseeing Corporate Internet Marketing where he set the vision for one of the largest and most successful corporate web sites and led Intel.com through many changes as the lead consumer-branding vehicle for the company. Just prior to joining SignaCert, Mr. Bradley was Vice President, Marketing for FISKARS BRANDS, Outdoor Recreation Division, a $100M consumer packaged goods company. Mr. Bradley started his career as an account executive for regional and national advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather. Mr. Bradley has a BS in Communications from Oregon State University and a MBA from the University of Portland. |
