Wyatt Starnes
Founder and CEO
Wyatt Starnes has more than 30 years experience in high technology, with eight different startups. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SignaCert, Inc. In addition, he is the Cofounder of RAINS (Regional Alliances for Infrastructure and Network Security), a nonprofit public/private alliance formed to accelerate development, deployment and adoption of innovative technology for homeland security. Prior to SignaCert, he was the Founder, President and CEO of Tripwire, Inc. Wyatt also held executive and director positions for Infinite Pictures, Eclipse Technologies, Trisys, Megatest, Data General Corporation, Monolithic Memories and Maruman Integrated Circuits. Wyatt is a former member of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Visiting Committee on Advanced Technologies (VCAT), the Oregon Executive Council of the American Electronics Association (AeA) as well as the Comprehensive Intelligence Technology Training Corporation (CINTT) of Annapolis, Maryland.

Paul Nadeau
CFO, VP Operations
Paul Nadeau has over 30 years experience and has held management positions in companies ranging in size from Fortune 50 to small start-ups. Paul worked as a CFO-to-go for over seven years for various start-up companies, including Tripwire, Inc., Inovise Medical, Step Technology, Infinite Pictures, Learning.com, and others. Throughout his career, he has managed all aspects of a finance group. Paul has also worked for W.R. Grace, Computervision, and Sequent Computer Systems in planning, budgeting, and corporate finance positions. Paul has a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and was awarded an MBA degree from Babson College and has held adjunct faculty positions in graduate programs at Portland State University, and Marylhurst University.
